Sarah Agee

Sarah Agee is Managing Partner of Sterling Search, Inc. in the firm’s Irvine, CA office, and has been a professional in the executive search industry for nearly fifteen years. Her client focus is in conducting senior level executive searches for non-profit organizations, financial services, technology, professional services, consumer products, and healthcare clients.

Prior to Sterling Search, Ms. Agee was a Principal with Korn/Ferry International for four years where she specialized in the nonprofit, education, and healthcare practices. She was responsible for acquiring new clients and executing searches to a successful conclusion. Prior to Korn/Ferry Ms. Agee spent six years with recruiting firms in the U.K. and U.S. Sarah has served as the Chair of the British American Business Council and is a member of the National Human Resources Association.  Educated in England at GLOSCAT with a Bachelor’s in Business, Sarah now lives in Newport Beach, CA.
