Our client, the Institute for Student Achievement (ISA), with offices in Carle Place, New York and New York City, is an exciting, innovative, nonprofit school redesign organization that works in partnership with school districts to create new small high schools that prepare all students to graduate ready for college success. ISA has a revenue budget of nearly $12 million and a professional staff of almost 30.  As of summer 2010, ISA has partnered with 80 schools in six states to prepare more than 20,000 students for success in college.
