Manmeet Singh Fox
Manmeet Singh Fox, SPHR is a Senior Consultant with Sterling Martin Associates in the Washington, DC office. Manmeet brings a unique background that includes more than 25 years in HR leader roles in association, for-profit, federal contractor, and nonprofit organizations.
Her industry experience spans health care, advertising/communications, telecommunications, social sciences, contract research, and industry/trade associations. She is an expert in talent identification, recruitment, and assessment. Manmeet specializes in deeply understanding client culture and priorities, establishing strong partnerships with clients and candidates throughout the search process and supporting clients and candidates post-placement, thru onboarding of newly recruited executive talent.
Prior to executive search, Manmeet served for ten years as Director of Human Resources for SmithBucklin, a leading association management and services company. In SmithBucklin’s DC office she coached newly promoted and newly hired association executives and staff leaders. One of her proudest accomplishments was helping diversify SmithBucklin’s DC workforce, and developing and launching SmithBucklin’s first strategic corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion plan.
Manmeet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Delaware, attended The School for International Training (Master’s Program in Intercultural Management), and achieved a coaching certification from the Coaches Training Institute. Manmeet is certified to administer the Center for Creative Leadership’s Benchmarks 360 Assessment Suite and trained in administering the Management Potential Profile III (MPPIII), a validated psychometric assessment useful in candidate interviewing, leader development, and team building. Manmeet is a member of the International Coach Federation and SHRM.
